He completed his residency training in dermatology at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center and Brooke Army Medical Center while on active duty, with assignments at various bases across the United States and overseas, including Florida, Texas, Washington, D.C. and Germany.
Dr. Freeland is recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD) and is board-certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD). His extensive training and experience equip him to uphold the highest standards of care in dermatology.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Freeland has contributed significantly to medical education. He served on the teaching faculty at the dermatology residency program at Walter Reed Medical Center and held an academic appointment at the military medical school in Bethesda, Maryland.
